It delves into the overarching aims and values of education, emphasizing its persistent objective of enhancing the quality of life, encompassing cultural, social, and economic values. Furthermore, this report analyzes the rationale behind implementing effective teaching Pedagogy and Andragogical theory, underscoring their pivotal roles in facilitating meaningful learning and comprehensive development. It also scrutinizes how the methodologies of ancient philosophers continue to influence contemporary educational practices, providing insights into their impact on modern teaching methods and curriculum design. Lastly, the report explores key theories of education and learning, elucidating their practical application in pedagogical contexts.
