Doc. JUDr. Olga Sovová, Ph.D.is an Assistant Professor in Security and Criminalistics. She specializes in legal procedural law, disciplinary liability and regulated legal rights. She is a co-founder of the Center for Health Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Karlovy Vary (2007), where she studies and cooperates externally with the Department of Trust Law. In the years 2011-2017, Olga Sovová was the director's representative and then the statutory director's representative of the Hradec Králové University of Social Affairs. She is the author of Czech and foreign publications in the field of protection of patients' rights, disciplinary and professional responsibilities of health and social workers, and legal liability of visitors. Doc. Sovová is also a lawyer and has a written opinion on consumer disputes. She is a member of the Union of Family Lawyers and the Chair of the Association for the Protection of Economic Loans of the European Union in the Czech Republic.

She conducts research and analysis on laws and regulations constraining women’s legal capacity, freedom of movement, and access to finance. She previously worked as a staff member of the Permanent Mission of Bolivia to the Organization of American States (OAS) and as a staff member of the Embassy of Costa Rica. Claudia holds an LL.M in International Legal Studies and Certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from Georgetown University Law Center and a law degree from Universidad Católica, Bolivia. She is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, and proficient in Portuguese and French.

She taught ten literary courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and designed five elective courses. She published the scientific monograph “A Book About Myself. Diaries in Italian Modern Literature", also a textbook for university teaching. Dr. Višnja Bandalo publishes scientific and professional papers, as well as translations of literary and critical texts. Dr. Mária Polčicová is part of the Faculty of Political Science and international relations, UMB. From 1998 to 2016 she worked at the Faculty of Economics, UMB in Banska Bystrica in the Department of Professional Language Communication as a lecturer for the German language. The main purpose of her pedagogical activity is to teach the German language by conducting lectures and workshops in areas of international relations, political science, history of German speaking countries, legal and economic texts. Active publishes in collections scientific journals and participates in scientific conferences. Her scientific research activity focuses on the issues of the translatological aspect of the metaphorical concepts in professional language.

Fellowship Program). She is a native Belarusian and Russian speaker.
